What To Expect 
The class is a great opportunity to learn about Vietnamese cuisine and culture at local house. Madam Thu is very easy-going, exceptionally knowledgeable and talented in cooking. She knows many recipe secrets that have handed down from her family generations. And while you will get a wonderful cooking class, you also get much more: the warmth, hospitably and a true Vietnamese meal! You will visit a colorful local market, beautiful vegetable gardens and tour around the local family. Classes are completely hands- on, encouraging you to practice Vietnamese cooking techniques. Madam Thu will then present a cooking demonstration and provide tasting samples. At your personal cooking station, madam Thu will guide you through the recipe step-by-step as you cook the dish.

Itinerary:
08.00 or 13.00: Pick up at the hotel in Da Nang center then go for coffee

Visit a local market and learn some tips of “bargaining” when shopping

Visit a local garden and see farmers raising different aromatic plants and spices.

Join the farmers in preparing the land and fertilizing it.

Rake the ground, sow, water, pick vegetables and other gardening activities.

Go to a local family’s house to begin your cooking lesson there.

Learn how to cook Vietnamese food and valuable information in Vietnamese cultural cuisine

  • Hotel pick up time will be varied from 7:45 – 8:30 or 12:45 - 13:30. We will inform you the exact time as receiving your hotel address. The pickup time depends on traffic jam, weather and other customers in group tour. Therefore, the driver and tour guide take time to collect all customers. If they come late, we hope that you can sympathize for this inconvenience and patiently wait them. 
  • If you stay outside Da Nang city Center, there will be transfer round trip surcharge which depends on your hotel location and will be directly informed you before. \
